Planning Day

After a very busy week in Toronto, my Monday was spent planning for my journey ahead.

I have my binder with some information and instructions on The Hormone Diet and my supplements.  I planned carefully my next three weeks ahead.  In addition to all the supplements to help support my organs and system, I am re-reading The Supercharged Hormone Diet book to understand more what Dr. Amy understood about me through my blood work.  


This morning I have found my starting point.
1.  Weight
2.  Body Fat
3.  H2O
4.  PH Levels

I would share but frankly, I'm extremely embarrassed with my numbers.  Oh well, it's not too late to take control of my body and my hormones!

Today will be a good day!
