Day 2/Week 1 - Protecting Your Environment - Part 1


Summary of Day 1/Week 1: Not bad!!! I packed my lunch and prepared my daily food. I didn't drink enough water today though. I thought I did pretty good, but scored a 78 for my June 1 Lifestyle Journal. Daily, I am required to journal food, activity and lifestyle and the system grades your information.

Today's Article Snippet: It is important you begin to protect yourself from temptations in your environment if you are going to have the best chance of success in developing the new lifestyles you have purposed to make. In order to accomplish this, it takes planning and strategy on your part.
